- To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must have excellent academic records and a 70% grade point average.
- The age limit is less than 21 years. People who are older than this age cannot apply.
- Applicants for the Turkish scholarship for undergraduate studies in 2021-2022 must not be Turkish in any way.
