Requirements: In order to be considered for this scholarship, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
They must be admitted to the university, be F-1/J-1 international students before the start of the award semester, be listed as international college man or graduate students at UHV, and both self-paying and sponsored J-1 students are eligible to receive the scholarship.

Requirements for Admission:
The minimum cumulative grade point average for a collegian degree is.5 and three.0 for a graduate degree.
